We currently ship only to Mainland UK addresses. Shipping is free of charge unless stated otherwise in the product description page and/or in your offer. A signature upon receipt may be required.

If you wish to return an item or cancel an order, you need to contact us within 14 days of receiving the items. You will then have further 14 days to send the items back to us. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the goods back. Please note that you are responsible for return postage costs. 

To be eligible for a refund on your return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value. You do not have to return the item in its original packaging, but you do need to make sure it’s packaged in a way that means it doesn’t get damaged. 

We cannot accept returns and offer refunds on the following items, due to their nature: 

  • Custom or personalized orders, unless they are damaged or defective;

  • Digital downloads

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm we have received your return. If eligible for a refund, you will be refunded the respective amount for the item (minus any loss in value), however we will not refund any additional charges such as transaction fees, etc., or compensate you for any losses resulting from currency exchange.

We take extra care to ensure that your item ships safely, however should your item get damaged in delivery, please contact us within 2 days of the day of delivery. Please do not throw the packaging away as you may be asked to return it. Take photographs of the damaged parcel/contents.
